<h1>SEBI Launches Settlement Scheme 2022 for Reversal Trades in BSE Stock Options from April 2014 to September 2015.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) introduced the Settlement Scheme, 2022, to allow entities involved in reversal trades in the illiquid stock options segment of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) between April 1, 2014, and September 30, 2015, to settle pending legal proceedings. Eligible entities must submit an online application with a fee of Rs. 25,000 for corporates and Rs. 15,000 for individuals, plus 18% GST. The scheme is operational from August 22 to November 21, 2022. If the scheme is not availed, standard legal actions will continue. All submissions and payments are processed online.
