<h1>ECLGS Extended to March 2023: Additional Rs. 50,000 Crore for Hospitality; CGTMSE to Boost MSME Credit by Rs. 2 Lakh Crore.</h1> The Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) has been extended to March 2023, with an additional Rs. 50,000 crore allocated to support the hospitality sector. The total guarantee cover now stands at Rs. 5 lakh crore. The revamped Credit Guarantee Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE) will facilitate an additional Rs. 2 lakh crore credit for MSMEs. The Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) programme will receive Rs. 6,000 crore over five years. Udyam, e-Shram, NCS, and ASEEM portals will be interlinked to enhance their scope. Customs duties on umbrellas and certain agri-tools will be adjusted, with some exemptions revoked.
