of <h1>Tax Deadlines Extended: ITRs Due Feb 15, Vivad Se Vishwas by Jan 31, GST Annual Return by Feb 28.</h1> The government has extended deadlines for various tax-related submissions due to COVID-19 challenges. The due date for filing Income Tax Returns for the Assessment Year 2020-21 has been extended to February 15, 2021, for audited taxpayers and those with international transactions. Other taxpayers have until January 10, 2021. Audit reports are due by January 15, 2021. The Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme declaration deadline is now January 31, 2021, with related orders due by the same date. The deadline for self-assessment tax payments for liabilities up to Rs. 1 lakh has been extended. The annual return under the GST Act for FY 2019-20 is now due by February 28, 2021.
