<h1>GST Portal Adds Communication Tool for Notifications on Missing Documents; Excludes TDS, TCS, NRTP Registrants.</h1> A new communication facility on the GST Portal allows recipient and supplier taxpayers to send notifications regarding missing documents or issues. This service excludes those registered as TDS, TCS, or NRTP. Users can send, view, and reply to notifications via their dashboard. Notifications can include up to fifty documents and remarks. Alerts are sent via email and SMS, and up to 100 notifications can be sent to a single GSTIN per tax period. Recipients can notify suppliers of missing documents, which can then be added to Form GSTR-1. Document upload and download features will be available soon.
