of <h1>COVID-19 Extensions: Company Name Reservations, Changes, and LLP Validity Deadlines Adjusted; IEPF-5 SRNs Extended to Sept 30.</h1> The extensions for various company and LLP processes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For new company incorporations, the name reservation period is extended by 20 days for names expiring between March 15 and May 31, 2020. For company name changes, a 60-day extension is granted. RSUB validity for companies and LLPs is extended by 15 days beyond May 31, 2020. LLP name reservations are extended by 20 days. IEPF-5 SRNs can be filed until September 30, 2020, with extensions provided on a case-by-case basis for those marked under specific rejection categories.
