CORRIGENDA

In the Taxation Laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (No. 15 of 2019) as published in a Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II Section 1, dated the 20th September, 2019 (Issue No. 60),-

1.  At page 2, in line 23, for  “115BAB,” read “115BAA,".

2.  At page 9,-

(i) in line 4, for "brackets, figures" read "brackets, words, figures";

(il) in line 9, for "brackets, figures" read "brackets, words, figures".

Corrigendum to taxation amendment corrects a section reference to 115BAA and inserts 'words' in two clauses. Corrigendum corrects the Taxation Laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 by substituting the reference 115BAB with 115BAA and by amending two occurrences of 'brackets, figures' to 'brackets, words, figures', thereby clarifying the textual and cross reference errors in the published Gazette.
