of <h1>CBIC Processes 93.77% of GST Refunds, Settles 95% IGST, Urges Prompt Response to Deficiency Memos.</h1> Total GST refunds amounting to Rs. 91,149 crores have been processed by CBIC and State authorities out of Rs. 97,202 crores claimed, achieving a disposal rate of 93.77%. Pending claims of Rs. 6,053 crores are being expedited. For IGST refunds, 95% of claims totaling Rs. 48,455 crores have been settled, with Rs. 2,473 crores pending due to deficiencies. Regarding RFD-01A claims, Rs. 37,406 crores have been processed, while Rs. 902 crores with the Centre and Rs. 2,678 crores with States remain pending. Deficiency memos for Rs. 5,288 crores have been issued, urging exporters to address errors and respond promptly.
