Aimed at boosting employment in the North East, the scheme primarily targets the MSME sector, offering incentives such as a 30% Central Capital Investment Incentive, 3% Central Interest Incentive, full insurance premium reimbursement, GST and income tax reimbursements, transport incentives, and employment incentives. The scheme caps benefits at Rs. 200 crores per unit, intending to stimulate industrial growth and job creation in the region, including Sikkim.
