<h1>India Imposes Anti-Dumping Duties on Stainless Steel Imports from Multiple Countries to Protect Domestic Industry.</h1> A definitive anti-dumping duty ranging from 4.58% to 57.39% of the landed value has been imposed on imports of Cold Rolled Flat Products of Stainless Steel from China, Korea, the EU, South Africa, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, and the USA. This measure, effective for five years unless revoked earlier, aims to protect domestic steel industries. The duty, detailed in notification No. 61/2015-Customs (ADD), follows investigations and recommendations by the Directorate General of Anti-Dumping and Allied Duties, as stated by the Minister of State for Finance in a Lok Sabha reply.
