This funding aims to make IICA self-sustainable by the end of FY 2019-20. The Institute focuses on corporate governance, enhancing skills, and increasing employability in corporate law. It also supports Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives under the Companies Act, 2013, and provides services in corporate laws, governance, and investor education, benefiting entrepreneurs and small businesses with multidisciplinary skills.
