of <h1>India Proposes Amendments to Courier Imports and Exports Regulations, Introducing GSTIN and New Form Updates.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs in India has proposed amendments to the Courier Imports and Exports (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations, 2010. The new regulations, titled the Courier Imports and Exports (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations, 2017, will be effective upon publication in the Official Gazette. Key changes include the introduction of the Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) and updates to the forms used for courier bills of entry and shipping bills, replacing previous versions with new forms. Feedback on these proposals is invited via email.
