Application for compounding of contraventions under FEMA must be submitted to the Reserve Bank in the prescribed format with applicable annexures for FDI, ECB, ODI and Branch/Liaison Office, an undertaking that the applicant is not under investigation of DOE, a cancelled cheque copy, a copy of the Memorandum of Association, and contact details of the applicant or authorised representative including name, telephone/mobile number and email ID.
