Special Employment Exchange ensures government-run registration and information sharing for employment of persons with benchmark disability. Special Employment Exchange denotes any office or place established and maintained by the Government to collect and furnish information by keeping registers or otherwise regarding persons who seek to engage employees from among persons with disabilities; persons with benchmark disability who seek employment; and vacancies to which such persons may be appointed.
