<h1>Appeal a Confiscation Order Under FCRA Section 29 Within One Month; Revisions by Central Govt Possible Within a Year</h1> An aggrieved person may appeal a confiscation order under Section 29 of the FCRA within one month, extendable by another month if justified, to the High Court or Court of Session, depending on the issuing authority. Organizations or individuals affected by specific orders under the FCRA may appeal within 60 days to the High Court within their jurisdiction. Appeals are treated as original decrees under the Code of Civil Procedure. The Central Government can revise orders within one year, either on its own or upon application, with a fee of Rs. 3,000. Revisions are not allowed if an appeal is pending or possible.
