of <h1>Foreign contributions of individuals with canceled FCRA certificates managed by authority; assets returned if re-registered.</h1> Under Section 15 of the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) 2010, foreign contributions and assets of individuals whose certificates are canceled or surrendered will be managed by a designated authority. This authority will act according to the central government's directions. If the individual's registration is restored, the assets and contributions may be returned. Until further instructions from the government, any unutilized funds remain with the bank. The authority may manage or utilize these funds and assets in the public interest if necessary. If the person is later re-registered, the assets and contributions will be returned.
