Preventive supervision for container stuffing and loading enables "Shipped on Board" endorsement and conditional auto LEOs after X-ray clearance.

Stuffing and loading of containerized and general export cargo must be conducted under Preventive supervision, allowing the Customs Preventive Officer to endorse "Shipped on Board". Palletization follows grant of Let Export Order without separate permission, but loading permission for aircraft or vessel is required. An auto LEO may be granted after X-ray clearance where the Shipping Bill is marked 'assessment only' and assessment clearance is completed without mandated examination.
