Transshipment of export cargo allowed by rail after originating-port customs clearance, with documentation and mandatory container sealing.

Movement of export cargo by rail is permitted after customs clearance at the originating port, following procedures similar to transfers from ICDs/CFSs to gateway ports. All customs clearance, examination and documentation occur at the originating port; cargo must be stuffed and sealed in containers in the presence of Customs. Drawback and other import incentives are to be paid or credited at the originating port.
