Registration on the FLAIR portal requires specified entity and authorized-person information, including identification numbers, PAN, contact details and disclosure of any changes in entity identification or name with prior values and effective dates. Applicants must upload a completed Verification Letter (portal template, PDF) and a signed Authority Letter (portal template, scanned PDF). Mandatory fields must be completed and portal prompts will request conditional information where relevant.
