Limitation period suspension during advance ruling proceedings - time from application to receipt of ruling or rejection excluded.

Computation of the period of limitation excludes the time from the date an application for an advance ruling under section 245Q(1) is made before the Authority or the Board until the date the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner receives either an order rejecting the application or the advance ruling pronounced by the Authority or Board.
