Withdrawal of departmental appeals: department must withdraw appeal/writ/SLP once appellant notifies payment to the dispute authority.

Upon intimation of payment by the appellant to the Dispute Resolution Authority in respect of a department appeal, writ, or SLP, the department is required to withdraw that appeal, writ, or SLP, creating a procedural obligation to terminate appellate or extraordinary proceedings once payment notification is made under the settlement scheme.
