Organisations of a political nature (other than political parties) are barred from receiving foreign contribution; the Central Government may specify such organisations after giving written notice, allowing a thirty day representation (with possible condonation), and optionally forwarding the representation for report, with statutory time limits for making the order and rule based guidelines identifying indicia of political nature.
