DGFT January 1, 2026 Circulars
Market Access Support (MAS) is launched with immediate effect under the Export Promotion Mission-Niryat Disha on a pilot basis, prescribing a grant-support framework for eligible organising agencies to conduct or participate in buyer-seller meets, reverse buyer-seller meets, trade fairs/exhibitions, and trade delegations for goods and services, with MSME inclusion requirements and event/publication, application, selection, and reporting to be undertaken through the Trade Connect ePlatform. Eligibility is limited to specified government bodies, recognised export bodies, Indian Missions abroad, and other approved associations, and support is restricted to member firms meeting IEC/DEL and minimum membership conditions, subject to ceilings, cost-sharing, advance/settlement rules, audit and outcome reporting, and recovery/debarment consequences for non-compliance. Draft guidelines are simultaneously placed for stakeholder consultation with a 30-day comment window.
