EARLY HEARING OF CASE UNDER APPEAL, NEW DELHI

Early hearing requests may be sought by written application stating appeal details, reasons, and duty involvement.
No statutory provision authorises early or out of turn hearings for service tax appeals; applicants may request expedited listing by submitting a written application on company letterhead that identifies the appeal reference, states the reasons for urgency, and discloses the duty amount involved to assist administrative consideration. (AI Summary)

Dear Sir,

We want to file an Appeal before the Commissioner Appeal-I, New Delhi for "Early Hearing of our Case under Appeal, New Delhi".

For the same we want to know the procedure and documents to be attached with our application.

Regards,

Pratyush Parashar

Though there is no such provisions mentioned in the Indirect Taxation for early hearing or out of turn hearing but however you may forward a request by annexing the reason for the same.

On your company' letter head you would have to request for the same by mentioning the appeal number, reason for out of turn hearing  and the duty amount involved.
