Factory stuffing of bought out trading goods permitted if accompanied by a separate invoice for the purchased items.
A query asked if a manufacturer can include purchased trading goods with its own products under Factory Stuffing. The reply stated this is permissible provided the bought-out goods are accompanied by a separate invoice. The questioner requested citation of any governing rule or notification, but none was supplied in the discussion. (AI Summary)

Dear Experts,

Can a Manufacturer bought out goods (Trading Goods) material sale alongwith own manufacturing goods under Factory Stuffing. Please suggest.

Thanks
