Hello Everyone,

Our's is Manufacturing concern....and we have started commercial production during the month of June,2012....can u please tell  me is there any provision in Central Excise Act that we have to intimate to Excise Dept regarding start of commercial production ......

if YES is that it should be communicated through paper or online???
