I want the procedure for partnership firm under service tax and also what are documents i subit in the service tax office.

How to get PAN card to my firm and also what are the documents i should submit in the PAN card office.

1. Copy of PAN card of the assessee,
2. Residential addresses of proprietor/partners,
3. Memorandum of Association/Partnership deed,
4. Power of attorney/Board Resolution in respect of the Authorised signatory, his name and address details.
5. Proof of address of the premises for which single/centralised registration is being taken: copy of telephone bill, rent agreement, electricity bill etc.
