Dear Sir,

 

Service Tax is being charged on Air Ticket of our Employees travels for Purchase , Sales quality and production related work and to attend Personal heairing  before appropriate fouram and participate in Seminar and other related work of the company.

My querry is that:-

Is CENVAT Credit available on service tax chaged on the Air Ticket ?

Dear Mr. Jain,

If the expenses are met for the Company,  certainly,  I feel, the CENVAT Credit must be allowed.
