appeals pass order in favour of dept. accordingly GATT dept. passes order asking 1% EDD and provisional assessment till the SVB order get finallised.

my question the EDD/RD will be charged on all the finnally assesed bill of entry from the date OIO issued or it will be effect after the order issued by the GATT dept.
