PROCURING TRADING GOODS FOR EXPORT

RAM SHARMA

DEAR EXPERTS,

WE ARE REGISTERED AS A MANUFACTURING UNIT. WE WANT TO PURCHASE TRADING GOODS WITHOUT PAYMENT OF DUTY AND  EXPORT ALONGWITH OUR MANUFACTURING GOODS. IS IT POSSIBLE. PL TELL ANY RULE AND NOTIFICATION.

THANKS

Duty-free procurement for export: trading goods may be bought without duty and removed for export under notified procedure. Procurement of trading goods without payment of central excise duty is allowed where goods are removed for export under the prescribed export-notification and associated procedural rule; such duty-free goods must be moved in accordance with movement provisions and cannot be returned to the purchaser's warehouse, being removable only to the manufacturer's premises for onward export.
