Clarification for Average Export under EPCG Scheme

Kindly clarify the average export  to be mainted in 2012-13 for which last  3 year export performance as under

Kindly confirm what woul be average export for the year 2012-13 based on above data if we are taking new EPCG Licence in 2012-13.

you may take all direct exports (excluding the exports made under epcg scheme - yet to be redeemed) of the past three year for average calculations.

Is Third Party export sales is added while calculating the average export performance or not.

 

Further if there is any notification/circular for the purpose of calculation of average export performance. Please confirm.
