Dear Experts,

Excise Invoice, ARE-1, packin list and all supporting documnets had been made but ultimate dispatch coould not take place, all docs. are available witing the factory, this is the one motnh old story, what is the option available in this case, pls. exploler.

Query-

1- Can we cancell the excise invoice & ARE-1 now and bil the same material against a new order.

as per excise procedure after dispatching the export consignment you have to submit the Pink & Green copy of ARE-1 form to excise within 24hours as intimaiton of  export under self removal procedure.

but in your case you have made docs but material could  not dispatch

In my opinion you may contact your range officer submitting the facts inorder to settle the issue

You would have to intimate the jurisdictional range office in this regard that you were not able to export the goods despite of preparation of relevant documents.
