Wearhouse registration & despatch

Sir,

We are a manufacturig industry producing paints. we would like open an wearhouse at another area [ 8 kms apart] for storing our final products and planning to despatch to customers from there. we have excise reg as manufacturer for factory.  My query is,

whether we have register and for wearhouse for additional ECC no. and can we send our excisebale final products from factory to wearhouse without pmt of duty or with pmt of duty.? kindly  tell ur vies for this procudure.
