We have unit in Mahindra Worldcity SEZ in Jaipur and registered with Rajasthan Sales Tax Department.  We are purchasing building material like cement, iron and steel etc for constuction of building in SEZ on payment of VAT from registered dealers of Rajasthan.  pls let me know, is VAT paid by me is refundable, if yes, what is the procedure and how can i purcahse the building material without payment of VAT.
