Dear sir

Our turnover is approx 1crore to 2core.

We are doing TDS return quarterly and TDS payment monthly.

Is it possible do the TDS return yearly , if possible, when is the due date and procedure?

I heard as per turnover VAT return, service tax return quarterly, yearly is possible.?

What about the TDS return?

tds pymnt is monthly before 7th of next month when payment is made or credited whichever is earlier

tds retrn is quarterly-due date before or on 15th of next mnth on end of quarter ,for last qtr of fin yr it is 15 th may

no procedure of yearly tds returns
