about selling of goods received as sales return

Sales returns invoice handling: use buyer's original invoice for full consignments; issue separate invoice for partial returns.
For sales returns from a non excisable supplier: if the buyer rejects the whole consignment, the supplier may use the buyer's original invoice for the return; if only part of the quantity is rejected, the supplier should issue a separate invoice for that returned quantity. (AI Summary)

Respected Sir,

How to sale the goods received as sales return from a non-excisable manufacturer or trader?if non-excisable mfg. or trader sends my own duplicate for transport copy of the goods he has sent to me ,then can I take the credit on that copy & is it necessary for him to send a letter of it's own firm by stating that he has sent a part qty.  so it may become for the original mfg. to take credit on the qty. I have received.
