about selling of raw material

MEHUL ASHAR

Respected Sir,

My question is how to sale the raw material which is purchased from a non-excisable manufacturer or trader ,whether we have to make an excisable invoice or a commercial invoice.

Use Commercial Invoice for Selling Raw Materials from Non-Excisable Manufacturer, No Central Excise Duty Involved A user inquired about selling raw materials purchased from a non-excisable manufacturer, specifically whether to use an excisable or commercial invoice. One respondent advised using a commercial invoice and referencing the purchase invoice to indicate no Central Excise duty was paid and no CENVAT credit was availed. Another respondent confirmed that a delivery challan or commercial invoice suffices, as there is no excise duty payment required. (AI Summary)

You may remove that material on Commercial Invoice f and on the face of the invoice kindly give the referece of the purchase invoice stating that this material was purchased without payment of Central Excise duty and no CENVAT credit was availed on said material.

Sir,

just prepare delivery challan or commercial invoice. No need to excise invoice, Since there is no excise duty payment.
