Anil Roy

Dear All,

We have made a allotment of shares in Jul'11 and want to issue further shares. Cat it's possible if no than what is the time gap between two allotment.

No mandated time gap for non-listed companies to issue shares after initial allotment under Section 81, Companies Act 1956. A participant in a discussion forum inquired about the possibility and required time gap for issuing further shares after an initial allotment in July 2011. A respondent clarified that for non-listed companies, there is no mandated time gap between two allotments according to Section 81 of the Companies Act, 1956. The inquirer expressed gratitude for the provided information. (AI Summary)
