Dear Experts,

As per FTP para 3.8.2 can FCR (Forwarder Certificate of Receipts) is a proof of landing?

Proof of landing: Forwarder Certificate of Receipt not accepted; shipping line tracking reports are recognised under FTP compliance. An FCR is not accepted as proof of landing under FTP para 3.8.2; accepted evidence consists of tracking reports issued by steamer agents or shipping lines, which customs practice recognises as adequate documentation of landing for export compliance. FCR is not given in the FTP 3.8.2 as a proof of landing. Tracking reports issued by the steamer agents/ shipping lines are accepted.
