Service Tax  made payable on Renting of Commercial Property w.e.f. 01-June-2007.

Thereafter, there were several litigations and diferrent opinions by Various High Courts and the matter was pending with Supreme Court - But till such time it is finally decided, nothing has changed!!

Is there anybody who can guide me the recent development on this please?
