We are rubber parts manufacturers. Our firm is doing job work to HAL, We have to know, HAL has any exemption in payment of service tax? If so what is the notification No. . Secondly we are also claiming from our 1 or 2 customer for development cost of making tools and getting the amount. we have to pay service tax for this development cost also. KIndly guide us.
