We are on the confussion on Exempted TDS for Trasport agency as on 01.10.2009 on wards and the notification said that intimate the authority with in the specified format. What is the format to intimate the Department.

We have some companies declaring in there quaterly TDS return by majority of companies/assessee are not filling the same
