Dear Friends,

My querry is relating to filing of Income Tax Return relating to F Y  2009-10 and F Y 2010-11 of

Mr. A who expired on 01-10-2010 and has not filed the IT return for the F Y 2009-10. The TDS

is deposited by the deductor on PAN number of Mr. A  till Sept 2010.

Mrs. A who is wife is alive can file IT Return of Mr. A ? Please tell me the procedure to be

followed by Mrs.A for filing of IT Returns of Mr.A

The wife can file the return of deceased as the legal heir. The return would be prepared for husband as usual and would be signed by wife.
