Cenvat Credit if CVD paid through FMS

Dear Sir ,

Please Clear , we have paid the custome duty i.e. BCD, CVD &SAD  at the time of import  from the FMS( Focus Market Scheme ) script  . Can we avail the cenvat credit , please provide the circular or notification related to the same .
