Company Inquires About Rebate Claim Procedure for Excisable and Non-Excisable Exported Goods; Cenvat Credit Not Applicable A company involved in manufacturing and exporting goods to various countries inquires about the correct procedure for claiming rebates on exports. They export 90% excisable goods manufactured in-house and 10% non-excisable goods purchased externally. The query seeks clarification on whether the rebate can be claimed for both types of goods. The response indicates that since Cenvat Credit is not availed on non-excisable goods, there should be no issue in claiming the rebate on excise duty paid for the excisable goods. (AI Summary)

Your query in not clear to us.

I think, you are trying to say, whether the rebate can be claimed on Export of Excisble and Non Excisable Goods ?

We think, since you are not availing the Cenvat Credit on the Non Excisable Goods, there should not be any question while claimingt the Rebate of Excise Duty Paid on the excisable goods.
