We are registered dealer in Mumbai; can we provide 'H Form' to our Local Vendors in case of Purchases for Export.

H Form issuance permits registered dealers to document local purchases for export when shipping bills and bills of lading are filed. A registered dealer may issue H Form to local suppliers for purchases made for export on the basis of a Bill of Lading and shipping bills filed for export; the issuance is conditioned on the dealer's ability to substantiate export through those shipping documents. Yes you can issued  "H" to your local supplier on basis of Bill of Lading and shipping bills file for export.
