Proof of export: submission of prescribed annexure with export documents suffices and a separate POE certificate is not required
Proof of export is established by submitting Annexure 19 to the jurisdictional division office with original and duplicate A.R.E.1 (including pink copy if available), xerox of the EP copy of the shipping bill, and mate receipt; if any prescribed document is misplaced, BRC or mate receipt may be submitted as additional evidence. Submission of Annexure 19 with the required documents completes the exporter's responsibility and a separate POE certificate is not mandated. (AI Summary)

Kindly advice that it is possible to get proof of export certificate from our Excise Range office without BRC or FIRC. Except the above we have all the documents to get it (like ARE-1 (Original, Duplicate & Triplicate), Shipping Bill (EP Copy), Mate Receipt etc. Somebody said me that 'Mate Receipt' is sufficent to get POE. Kindly Advice accordingly...
