Export benefits apply to supplies to Sri Lanka while goods directly imported into Sri Lanka attract no Indian indirect taxes.
Supplies to Sri Lanka that qualify as exports are entitled to export benefits; goods directly imported into Sri Lanka without entering India do not attract Indian indirect taxes such as VAT, CST, Central Excise, or Customs. (AI Summary)

my client is regd under DVAT & CST Acts .It has recd an order for supply to Srilanka.Part of the goods will be purchased from Delhi and the rest will be directly imported to srilanka(without coming to India).Pl advise about tax liability.
