Incentive for export of Ghee

Dear Sirs, We are exporting GHEE, Presently Excise duty is Nil. Will i get any incentive for my export?.

Yes, export incentives are provided sperately which may or may not be related to duty of excise. Since no excise duty is payable or excise duty is exempted on Ghee, the incentive may not be available as linked to duty of excise. But, as such, i did not notice any incentive in respect of Ghee in Duty Drawback or DEPB also. Most probably Ghee is not considered as surplus and government would not like to promote the export of Ghee.
