please clear Engine Oil., Coolant, Hydraulic Oil CNG Engine Oil,Gear Oil,Cutting Oil,Industrial Oil Grease fall under which excise tariff No. and what duty rate applicable on the same

Tariff classification governs duty treatment of engine and industrial oils; specific headings determine applicable rates and exemptions. Classification of engine and industrial oils depends on tariff headings: items classifiable under heading 3403 are subject to a lower general basic excise duty, while items under heading 2710 attract a higher general duty and certain items incur an additional specific per liter duty; review precise tariff subheadings and exemption notifications to determine applicable treatment.
