A special composition scheme is also available for bricks as per which GST may be paid @6% (3% CGST and 3% SGST) without availing ITC. (the threshold limit for taking registration in respect of a dealer who is engaged only in the supply of goods shall be Rs 20 lakh instead of Rs 40 lakh, to enjoy the benefit of the special composition scheme).
